There is no way to try a plug-in before you buy it yet, so this policy does that job instead. If it is not what you wanted, say so within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain, and nobody is going to try to talk you out of it.
PLUG-INS, SAMPLE PACKS AND BUILD PLANS
14 days from the day you bought it. Email us your order reference and it is done.
When a refund goes through, the licence key stops activating and the download links stop working. A copy already installed and activated will keep running — the plug-in does not check in with us, which is deliberate and the reason it works offline. We are trusting you to delete it.
PEDALS
30 days, unused and in the box it arrived in. Return postage is yours unless the pedal turned up faulty or wrong, in which case it is ours.
Every pedal is built to order by one person, so tell us quickly if you change your mind — before it is soldered is easier than after.
IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN
That is not a refund, it is a repair, and there is no time limit on it. Anything with our name on it gets fixed, for as long as we are here. If you built it from our plans we will still help you find the cold joint.
HOW TO ACTUALLY DO IT
Ask here with your order reference — it looks like AF-XXXXXX and it is at the top of your confirmation. Replying to the order email works too. The money goes back the way it came, which normally takes a few days to show up on a card.
None of this replaces whatever rights the law where you live already gives you. It sits on top of them.
